Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours before your booking. We stand behind our work. If you’re not fully satisfied with your detail, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right—no questions asked. There is a 30$ fee for cancellations without at least 24 hour notice. Aires Mobile Detailing understands that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. We will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies or severe circumstances on a client-to-client basis. If we determine that the situation qualifies as reschedulable, the client will be given one additional opportunity to reschedule their appointment. If the client fails to show for the rescheduled appointment, the service will be charged in full, no exceptions. If we determine that the situation does not qualify as an emergency, and the client is not present or the vehicle is not available at the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a non-emergency no-show. In this case, the client will be charged in full for the missed appointment. This policy ensures fairness to our technicians’ time and maintains an efficient schedule for all clients. If we cannot access the vehicle or do not have the keys at the scheduled time of the service there is a 20 minute grace period after that it will be regarded as a no show. This is to ensure we meet our timelines for our technicians and customers.
