Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Aires Mobile Detailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service or maintaining a membership, the client (“you”) agrees to the following:
1. Service Requirements
• The client must provide safe, legal, and adequate space for the detailing service to be performed.
• Vehicles must be accessible at the scheduled time.
• Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or conditions not disclosed at booking.
2. Payment Terms
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• All completed services are non-refundable.
• Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition and size.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment.
• Changes made within 48 hours may result in a fee or forfeiture of the appointment.
• No-shows are charged in full and cannot be credited or rescheduled unless covered under the No-Show Policy below.
4. No-Show Policy
Aires Mobile Detailing understands that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. We will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies or severe circumstances on a client-to-client basis.
If we determine the situation qualifies as reschedulable, the client will be granted one additional opportunity to reschedule their appointment.
• If the client fails to show for the rescheduled appointment, the service will be charged in full, with no exceptions.
If we determine that the situation does not qualify as an emergency and the client or vehicle is unavailable at the scheduled time, it is considered a non-emergency no-show.
• Non-emergency no-shows are charged in full for the missed appointment.
This policy protects our technicians’ time and keeps scheduling fair for all clients.
5. Membership Terms
• Membership payments are recurring monthly, billed on the original enrollment date.
• Clients may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
• Clients are responsible for scheduling their monthly detail.
• A 5-day grace period is provided after each billing cycle. Unused services do not roll over.
• Text reminders sent 10 days before billing are a courtesy and do not replace the client’s responsibility to schedule.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply after 24 hours or if new dirt or damage occurs after the service.
7. Liability
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weak clear coat, loose parts, or malfunctioning components discovered during cleaning.
• We are not liable for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
• We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that arise during or after cleaning.
• Before/after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing unless the client requests otherwise.
8. Weather & Safety
• Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe working conditions.
• Clients will be notified as early as possible if changes are necessary.
9. Vehicle Condition
• Severe stains, odors, pet hair, or biohazard conditions may require additional charges or a separate appointment.
• If a vehicle’s condition exceeds the scope of the booked service, we may adjust the price or reschedule.
10. Agreement
By booking any service or maintaining a membership with Aires Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
