Refund, Cancellation & Membership Policy

1. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services that have been completed or for missed appointments. By booking a service, the client acknowledges and agrees that all payments are non-refundable.

2. 48-Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within the 48-hour window may result in a fee or forfeiture of that appointment.
• No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.

3. Membership Policy
Membership billing is automatic and recurs monthly on the enrollment date.
• Clients may cancel their membership at any time before the next billing cycle. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
• It is the client’s responsibility to schedule their monthly detail. A 5-day grace period is provided after each billing cycle. Services not scheduled within the cycle or grace period are forfeited and do not roll over.
• Text reminders are sent 10 days before the billing date as a courtesy, but do not replace the client’s responsibility to schedule.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.

By booking a service or maintaining an active membership, the client agrees to all terms stated above.
